the location is ideal. it is close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. the room offered a partial ocean view, i found this to be sufficient. the swell bar and infinity pool provide a relaxing atmosphere. i found the staff friendly and accommodating.

the elevators had long waiting times. this occurred at peak hours. it sometimes took fifteen minutes to get to my room, i found that frustrating.

The hotel provided daily credits, a feature i found quite useful. we used these credits for beach chairs, really comfortable (i loved relaxing there). a water refill station was available. I appreciated being able to fill up my water bottle whenever i wanted. there was also a laundry room on-site for guest use.

the pool seemed geared more towards adults. i felt this was a bit of a drawback, as i had kids with me (they still enjoyed themselves, though). i also noticed a general lack of information given at check-in. i wasn't fully informed about breakfast times or locations.

the location was very convenient to nearby shops and restaurants. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool.

our room wasn't ready at the stated check-in time so we had to wait. the room size felt smaller than expected and lacked sufficient space for luggage. the daily resort fee felt excessive considering the limited amenities we used such as the crowded pool area.
